Delivery Information
When would the device be delivered?
Your assigned device would arrive on your start of hire date (including Sundays, but excluding UK public holidays) or may arrive 1 day in advance as a courtesy (when possible).
Need Device tomorrow?
If we receive your order before our last dispatch (3PM Mon-Fri, 10AM Saturdays), and your start of hire date is tomorrow, your assigned device would be dispatched through a “Next day” delivery service.

Return Process
Package includes a courtesy FREE return postage label (already paid by us) for posting the device back to us just by
- dropping off through any of the over 10,000 UK post offices (Link to post office finder included in your hire confirmation email, and in package)
- or by popping it into “any” of the over 100,000 street post boxes (for portable devices) in the U.K. Post boxes are on almost every street in the UK
